Substitutions or transfers to another course are permitted.  Cancellations, substitutions, or transfers will be accepted (less $25 fee) if contacted prior to course.
“No shows” will receive no refund.

Oct 26 & 27(Tues & Wed) Wayland EMS (Provider both evenings, Retrainer Oct 27 only) 5:30-10pm

Oct 29 (Fri) Provider Only Sparrow Hospital, Lansing

Nov 6 (Sat) St. Mary's Wege, Grand Rapids

Nov 20 (Sat) Pennock Hospital, Hastings
