Health Education Associates is an educational consulting company committed to providing quality health-related programs. Carol Gates RN, MSN and Laura Braunohler, RN, MSN, ANP founded this company in l995 with the goal of meeting the educational needs of hospitals, nursing service agencies, home health organizations, and community groups with healthcare interests.

Some of their services include CPR, ACLS, ECG courses, and educational consulting throughout West Michigan. Many agencies have educational needs and limited resources internally to meet these. We are helping these agencies meet their regulatory requirements cost-effectively.

Health Education Associates has a staff of experienced educators with strong education and experience backgrounds. Dr. Maurice Norman serves as Medical Director. Carol received her BSN from University of Michigan and MSN from Grand Valley State University. Laura also received her BSN from U of M and her MSN/Nurse Practitioner at Grand Valley. Both Laura and Carol are ACLS and BLS instructors. Collectively they have 30 years of experience in critical care, ER, and cardiac rehab. Their greatest asset is that they know how to teach and use creative methods in all their programs.
